Empowering Women Through Pelvic Floor Health Awareness

Health is the foundation upon which we build our future. At Eruisaku, we are proud to take a proactive stance on women's health, empowering our employees and community through education and support. We are grateful for the opportunity to lead this change and inspire a healthier, stronger future for all women.

Why Pelvic Floor Health?

Pelvic floor health is a crucial aspect of women's overall well-being, especially for those in their childbearing years. Having personally experienced the challenges and the importance of pelvic health following the birth of my two children in 2020 and 2023, I have seen firsthand the impact that pelvic floor strength can have. Furthermore, witnessing the difficulties faced by older women in our community, including my mother and aunts, who have suffered from poor pelvic floor health, has underscored the need for awareness and proactive care.

Our Approach:

Every Monday, we offer a one-hour training session focused on pelvic floor health to all our employees. This training is designed to educate and empower our staff, providing them with the knowledge and tools to maintain and improve their pelvic strength. This not only aids in their personal health but also prepares them to support the women and mothers in our school community.

Future Goals:

Our vision extends beyond our school. We plan to expand this initiative to include the mothers of our students and, eventually, to women across the wider community. Our goal is to spread awareness and practical knowledge about pelvic floor health to help prevent the mobility issues and health complications that can arise from neglecting this vital area.

Call to Action:

We believe in the power of education and the importance of health. Join us in spreading the word and supporting this vital cause. Together, we can make a significant impact on the health and quality of life for women in our and your communities.
